How it works?
Becoming high quality nZnO textile product, we choose a potential Nano Zinc Oxide as a key material then embed it into the fibre via in-house technology. This results in creating the permanent anti-bacterial fibre for hale and hearty purpose.

Insightful Technology
We add the nZnO masterbatch mixtures with fibre during extrusion and spinning process of the yarn, this application offers modified fibre structure which gives better yarn performances and environmental friendly product unlike the conventional coating method (non-permanent) does.

This state-of- art technology also shows that this permanent ability helps to eliminate the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae. These two bacteria cause malodour, skin diseases, allergies, and other respiratory diseases. This functionality has been proven by international lab testing (See appendix).

The technology used to embed the nano zinc oxide in PERMA’s textile products has been proven by world-leading testing organizations such as SGS, Intertek, BOKEN and KAKEN in terms of performance. The technology was also certified by the Thailand Textile
Institute (THTI) for its ability to inhibit the growth of bacteria which can lead to unpleasant odors and many health problems

  • According to an antimicrobial function test on textiles by the world class testing
    laboratory SGS, PERMA’s textiles have been found to have more than 97.31%
    effect on the disease-causing bacteria Klebsiella pneumoniae as well as more
    than 99.94% effect to Staphylococcus aureus.
  • Studies by Thailand Textile Institute (THTI) have confirmed that PERMA’s textile
    products are capable of long-term bacterial control and have the ability to
    withstand more than 150 washes
